修羅忍竜 クジキリコンゴウ Shura Stealth Dragon, Kujikiricongo

ドラゴンエンパイアの諜報部隊にして隠密部隊“むらくも”と双璧を為す“ぬばたま”の忍。 忍軍随一の術使いと名高い忍竜一族「金剛（コンゴウ）」の出身。 理知的かつ思慮深い性格だが、ほとんど口を開かない上にその恐ろしげな風貌、さらには呪魂術という一部が禁術に指定されるほど危険な術の使い手である事から、若い忍や彼をよく知らない者からは敬遠されがちである。 しかし、体術、忍術どれをとっても近年の“ぬばたま”では最上位の実力を誇り、「金剛」の長からも絶大な信頼を寄せられている為、次代の長候補として推薦する声も多いが、当の本人は自ら実力不足と唱え、頑なにこれをを拒み続けているという。 影として生き、戦い、朽ちる事こそ忍の本懐なれど、無為のまま朽ちる事は決して許されない。 若き忍と古き忍、彼はどちらの考えにも組さず、今は唯一人“ぬばたま”の行く末を考える。

A ninja of “Nubatama”, the Dragon Empire’s Secret Intel Division that is one of the empire’s two most shining jewels alongside Murakumo, the empire’s Black Ops Division. He comes from the acclaimed Stealth Dragon clan “Congo”(*) who are the top Stealth Arts Technicians among the empire’s ninja forces. While Kujikiricongo is a man of prudent and intelligent character, he rarely opens his mouth and has a completely terrifying appearance. Also, he’s a master of taboo ninjitsu known as the “Abyssal Arts”, so young Shinobi tend to shy away from him, if they don’t know what he’s really like. However, he takes great pride in his top-of-the-top mastery of Jujitsu and Ninjitsu among the members of “Nubatama”, and the current head of the Congo clan has placed great trust in him. As a result, many have voiced their recommendations that he should be the next head of the clan, but Kujikiricongo himself says he lacks any real ability, and continues to shoot down the idea. But the truth is he has grown up and fought in the shadows, and carries the hope that he’ll die as a Shinobi, instead of dying doing something as inactive as being the clan’s head. While neither ninjas young or old think about it, he’s probably the sole person right now who is thinking about the future of “Nubatama”.

(*) - Congo here is used to refer to 金剛, Kongou, which means an indestructible substance, almost like diamond.
