Really straightforward. You use Perfect Raizer to vacuum up your Raizers and make Perfect really big on your turns with a +1 Critical. If you for some reason don't have enough Raizers in the Soul for the +1 Critical after the Perfect vacuum, you can ride your extra Perfects to fix that. Otherwise, you can just ride the extras for that extra +3000.
