Definitely need at least another sac outlet. I'd personally go with 2 Varolz or 2 Bloodthrone Vampire, either would be fine and have their own upsides.

Also don't see much of a reason to not have 4 High Priest.

Thalia seems like doesn't help much. In general you're too slow to really get any advantage from her making spells cost more.

Avacyn's Pilgrim seems awful without anything to actually ramp into. Champion of the Parish would be an infinitely better option. Young Wolf is also an option, but human theme seems necessary for Necromancer.
