They tried to remake Necropotence in a more balanced way and forgot that sac outlets/usability leaves the format in a couple months...

Probably, but then all that matters out of that deck will rotate and we'll be stuck scratching our heads over what to use this for.

If it weren't trying to be Necropotence and was actually 1BB, I would crap my pants and immediately throw this card into some form of UB/RB control, simply because Young Pyromancer's about to be a thing and you can have chump blocker toys simply by removing their stuff from the board.
