How many counterspells do we need in Standard, Wizards? And why does Simic need two?
Still, Scattering Stroke with GGUU instead of 2UU is a decent Mana Drain impression. Not amazing, but pretty cool throwback.

Well I do believe they well and truly costed this out of standard. The card's awesome in EDH, though.
