I spent ages figuring out the template. Mainly because Elements doesn't have frigging folders ._.

Card's interesting. 3 Power could be too much though, not sure.

mmm Lemme see...Well it depends on how good is your mana base in the set...

I can see this being an Uncommon if mana base is not that great...most likely coz this card is pretty mana intensive...

Maybe also only allowing to target himself with the second effect...IDK

I did suddenly think 3 was too much after randomly looking at 3 drops from Ravnica. Ravnica was pretty mana-intensive and the 3 drops were pretty simple compared to this. Might drop it to 2/2 or 3/1 (just since that puts it in Geistflame/Gut Shot range). I'll see.

I was thinking base it as a Shards of Alara card, just because it is obviously Grixis.

For second effect, I probably will. Mainly because 4th turn 4/2 beaters with First Strike and Deathtouch is sexy. Especially with shocklands in your manabase.
