The Zero Escape Series (Game 1: 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors)

In honor of my discovery today that it's now a series. Starts with 999, next is Virtue's Last Reward. Discuss the first game, and its sequel which I am buying ASAP. I assume it'll be just as epicly mathy.

Seriously, I played through 999 like 5 times, enjoying it as much every time. Kinda shame that sequel is only for PSV and 3DS, neither of which I have ;~;

I'm getting the sequel next week. With 24 endings the replay value is already insane. I'll be sure to give a review here. You might have a reason to buy one lol

It's odd. It has nothing to do with digital roots anymore. It's all about colors. And every room has a safe as their escape method.

Well, the bracelet numbers can change now iirc, so roots would f*** up midway.

Yeah, they change by going into the Ambidex rooms. I'm not sure how they work just yet though. And the new Zero is a rabbit. Oh, and Clover and Lotus are back and you learn Lotus' real name.

I know the basic story outline. Also, I don't mind spoilers, SO WHAT IS IT?!

It takes place in the future, and Clover reacts terribly when Zero III explains the Nonary Game: Ambidex Edition. And she IS dressed EXACTLY like Lotus. Unless it's a codename inside a codename?

Ah, looking it up (as I don't really care about spoilers either) it's the Alice they pick up at the end of the True Ending in the original 999. And Clover has some terrible luck, since she's been in all 3 Nonary Games...
