Because Punny Names are Punny.
So basically, the name was either Torcher, or Tearcher (Pun of Teacher), so I opted for the second since it sounds similar enough: this thing is meant to work viciously with Tour Guide or other Lv3 Fiends (like Dark Resonator, etc) to swiftly provide Xyz/Synchro fodder. Not only this, but the Tearcher, if present with a lovely guy called Acid Golem, turns it into a WMD Beater. It also allows Leviathan Dragon to attack directly again, but does put him at the reduced ATK Risk if you do bring him to 3000.
Dreadmaster (inb4EvilHeroes) is, obviously, the follow-up from Tearcher whom allows you to negate both your own and your opponent's monster's effects. Also he does act as a bank for your Xyz Materials if you intend to play out the long-haul, having powerful wall capabilities. In short, it is a vicious piece of fiend who's willing to cripple REDMD & co.
CnC appreciated as always.
