Makyura the Destructor.

I felt like posting a topic on a banned card and who better than a card who was emergency banned even before its TCG release.

During the turn this card is sent to the Graveyard, you can activate Trap Cards from your hand.

Discuss.

If it said "During the turn this card is destroyed by battle and send to the Graveyard" it would be ok I think.

If its face-up, it gives the Opponent more of a chance to realize what they are up against, and will likely play around it better, instead of foolishly attacking a Set Makyura.

Except activating traps in your opponents main phase 2 is pretty weak anyway.
