    When this card is activated: Destroy all Special Summoned monsters you control. You cannot Special Summon monsters from your Extra Deck.

    Well, 'till they kill the effect, it's a good card. Main Deck in some decks, and Side Decked in a lot.

    The only unconfirmed bit is if it's Once Per Duel or Once Per Turn.

    Other than that, everything else in the speculated effect seems just about right. (And then The Seal was confirmed to suck so hard that Larvae Moth feels stronger by comparison)

    Well, TeleGrand can run it effectively, though not completely sure they'd want to.

    Axon Kicker and Grandsoil give no fucks about the drawbacks.

    Doesn't TeleGrand kinda rely on making synchro plays fast to pump the grave?

    It's sorta like Oppression. You don't flip it when you're gonna be hurt by it, you flip it to just hit the opponent.

    Granted, this is... really not even comparable beyond that, and would just be a strange tech.

    So, you have it as a dead card before you go off, then after you play it everything else becomes a dead card.

    11/10 would use this card in every deck.

    I doubt TeleGrand is gonna care too much about a 500 boost when it sits totally dead early game.

    Why do I get the feeling Photons can be weird, and maindeck this?
    I mean... Tiger becomes 1700(by itself)
    Thrasher is 2600
    Galaxy Eyes becomes 3500

    When trying to explain why this card can be added to a deck, talking about how it adds 500 ATK to a monster is kinda a waste of time. We know. Instead tell us how the restrictions aren't a problem.

    Except you have to avoid SSing, since it'll just nuke them when Seal hits the field.

    ...Come to think of it, though, after Seal hits the field, the only place you can't SS from is the Extra Deck...

    At least, that's something to consider.

    Am I the only one who thinks this has an obscure place in Rock stun?

    Since, they don't really care about the extra, or special summoning. And this turns things like Rai-Oh or Guardian into 2400 points... So can fight to to toe with Laggia.

    Just a thought anyway. Also Macro Monarch maybe? Since then the Monarchs hit 2900, which is pretty damn big.

    Galaxy-Eyes is from the Hand.
    Accel Light is from the Deck.
    Galaxy Expedition is from the Deck.

    Basically, Meta decks can't tech it expect maybe people running Dark Worlds badly.

    Anti Meta: Monarchs, Rock stun. Both of them benifit from this in different ways. But, its iffy whether they would ever get run by them. I personally will test this in Rock Stun. I like the idea of 2400 attack Negates of legs. As for other Anti meta... I don't have a clue what they are.
