The sideboard card that Rakdos needed. It may be a little overcosted, but is totally worth it.

It's no Nevermore, but hell, Rakdos is looking like the top removal deck now. It's probably 1 more mana just to make it uncounterable (except by that one Trap we discussed earlier, Mindbreak).

This hits everywhere without it being as situational. And with the ability of it not being countered by Snapcaster/whatever.

Actually this kind of effect ALWAYS costed 4 see Memoricide, Cranial Extraction, Thought Hemorrhage.
