Yeah, have fun with the art. The chances of shocklands is basically 99%. Look at the arts about halfway down. They correspond pretty much exactly with the old shockland arts.

Alongside our speculated shocklands, we have a new land cycle.

    Azorius Legislative District
    Selesnya Vertical Garden
    Orzhov Commons
    Izzet Industrial Zone
    Golgari Drainage Canyon
    Dimir Shadow Market
    Rakdos Murder-Gras
    Simic Biocampus
    Boros Precinct
    Gruul Rubble-Slum

Edit: Oh, and what is probably the arts for the new land cycle: http://forums.mtgsalvation.com/showpost.php?p=8937962&postcount=166

Im saving my hype so I wont be dissapointed if it isnt as good as people are saying it will be.

Seeing as I never played Ravnica I think im going to like it either way though.

This is in essence a follow-up to M13, which was spectacular as it is. There's no reason to save hype, just be hyped. Being hyped makes it all the more fun too.

Is this part of the art you guys think will be shocklands?

Anyway yeah hype is a big part of the fun so Im not saving it that much Smile Plus I wont be dissapointed if there aren't any reprints of chase cards from Ravnica since I never used them to begin with.

Their prices will sky-rocket, until they're actually printed and available. Then it'll go down a bit. And when they rotate out, their prices will rise again

    Speaking of Hype:
Curiosly I started Playing During the Invasion Block and played all the way till Mirrodin 1.0
Skipped Kamigawa and Ravnica Due to well people not playing magic becuase well...we were more interested in...Girls and such (14-16 Age range)...XD
And then came back near the End of the Time Spiral Block so..Yeah I missed original Ravnica...

And RTR happens to have Golgari and Selesnya 2 of the 3 Guilds that cover my EDH colors...so I'm so Hyped for this upcoming Set...XD

From what I've heard, this is apparently going to be a really good set. I hope so,, and this art looks amazing.

I may have to save for a fat pack.

    umm, from my memory.

9 packs, 60 basic land, a D20, and two deck cases. i think thats it. I got two, partially as transport, and partially becuase I felt it was a good basis to start. But I heard from a friend that they are making the RTR one cheaper than normal.

It better be cheaper than normal, fat packs never seemed like a worthwhile buy to me.

Heck, if the toolkit didn't have "285 CARDS" written on it I probably wouldn't have bought that either.

Fortunately, I've saved over £200 from previous birthdays/christmas, so I'm plenty kitted to start my collection properly once RTR gets here.

I found the Deck builders amazing, becuase its given me bits of everything. I can realistically build most deck types as a result of it.

Though I need to sort my cards out soon. Hmm, but yeah, when card lists are confirmed, I will look to see what i want from RTR. If theres a lot, then I'll get a lot of boosters. if not.. then i dunno. Maybe buy singles.

I'll get a booster box of RtR if Shocks are confirmed and the overall set has epic cards.

Depending on how many packs come in a box that could be a really good deal Smile

I might do that then. Unless of course I end up doing draft because it's so much fun.

Speaking of which once the sets on cockatrice we should do a draft to see how the set is Smile
