    Underdog's Retribution
    Quick-Play
Discard 1 monster with 1500 ATK or lower to target 1 monster your opponent controls; destroy the targeted monster.

Let's see where this goes since it has been a while. So, CnC?

It's kinda outclassed since it's basically a very situational -1 removal card.

Stuff like Raigeki Break, Phoenix Wing Wind Blast, Smashing Ground and Soul Taker will be more playable.

Admittedly, you could just get rid of the second restriction completely in case it finds home in some sort of deck that runs a billion Kuribohs (or Piper or something like that).

I'll do that. And would it hurt if I made the first restriction 1500 ATK instead?

Nope. I think it's healthy if you do that.
