Effect: You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by banishing 1 Level 7 or higher LIGHT monster and 1 Level 7 or higher DARK monster from your Graveyard. Once per turn: You can target 1 DARK Fairy-Type monster in your Graveyard and banish 1 LIGHT monster from your Graveyard and discard 1 card; Special Summon that target.

OCG might be a tad rusty. Obviously designed to support Darklords.

Personally, I think it being a Fairy would work better.
Of course, knowing how Darklords work, it would get a little ridiculous, but ehh...
