3 Level 3 WATER Monsters
Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; Destroy all monsters on the field with an ATK lower than the ATK of the detached monster. When this card destroys a monster by battle: You can send 1 WATER monster in your hand to the Graveyard; Special Summon 1 Level 2 or lower WATER monster from your Graveyard.

That's pretty neat, and sounds like it isn't so hard to summon nowadays...

I like how what regulates the destruction is the ATK of the DETACHED monster, it's a balancing factor IMO.
