Deck seems a little scatterbrained.
For example, it seems like Colossal Fighter would be your win condition because it's ATK would get really high in here, and even then, you hardly have Tuners/easy ways to play him.
So if your going for a quick way to play something like that, I would suggest more Tuners and even a few copies of Instant Fusion.

Also a good start is to cut the deck down to 40(Your at 45), and add stuff like Torrential Tribute and/or Bottomless Trap Tole.

Greeeat Back to square one. Just kidding! Don't worry, I have a plan. It's name is Freed the Machless General and Field Commander Rahz. How would you rate my deck from 1 -> 10?

Matchless general, to be honest, is just mediocre.
And Rahz is fine in 1s.

Also, I'm not really one who rates decks from 1 to 10.
