    Just pulled this card from my newest booster so I thought I'd discuss it.

    Seems like a bad card for OTT, but discuss.

    IKR? Plus, this guy kills the Soul which is pretty bad in OTT. Drawing is fine, but the Soul is important in any deck.

    The cat one that lets your opponent draw too is better. I think. I don't know too much about Vanguard, but that's why I'm here, right?

    Like Shard said, Imperial Daughter Oracle Think Tank loves this to absolute death. But outside of that, this is really, REALLY bad.

    Why would I want to kill my soul instead of Megablasting or using Tsukuyomi's skill?
