    Just wanted to see if I still had it with Card Designing before moving onto the main dish. Also the Art was hilarious lol.

    [J-Max Pop Culture] Hyper Growth Spurt 93293

    Discard 1 card. Select 1 face-up Level 4 or below monster you control and Tribute it. Special Summon 1 Level 8 or above monster from your Deck with the same Type as the Tributed monster. The Special Summoned monster cannot be targeted by Spell or Trap Card Effects until your next Standby Phase.

    You should make the tribute for Level 4 monsters only, then it'll be kinda fine :3

    It's just... there are lots of ways to abuse it.

    Even if it's only Level 4 monsters, the card is still broken. For example, tribute Eclipse Wyvern, banish a Dragon, SS something like Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon etc. etc.

    should be summon a lv8 or lower monster so you couldnt abuse redrum

    Art is hilarious! But as said before, card is extremely broken. Perhaps put more restrictions on the monster that can be Special Summoned? Like maybe has to be same Attribute as well as type, also limiting it to Level 8 and below.
