Card Lore: An old beast who sits on the Board of Trustees for the Unversity, serving as the auditor and manager. It is said not even he remembers his own age at this point. Though he speaks in a manner fitting his age, it doesn't match his adorable appearance nor his cute voice, so he struggles everywhere he goes due to it. He always does his job in the water, but it isn't very well known that the documents he has to stamp are waterproofed as well. In addition, despite the fact he doesn't interact with his surrondings that much, he is famous due to the fact he is friends with Silvest and the Chancellor, Apt, who are a part of the few friends he does have. While he seems absent-minded and senile, one's opinion changes when they see him in action, supervising the Board of Trustees.
