You're forcing focus onto the face, it should flow nicely. The effects you used are kind of mehish and too jittery. Nice text a little though, I would love to see it blend in more with some gradient maps.

Do have any tutorials or guides that could help me with that? I'm pretty bad with photoshop, I did this with a google images abstract, magic selection tool, and blur. I don't know the fancy awesome effects I can use.

You don't need them too much. What photoshop are you using? If you are using any CS ones, in the corner, they have an FX button in the bottom right corner and other options. A lot of those can help you.
