ZeXal has comedy, has Characters that people think are absolutely amazing, has some cool cards like Blade Armor, GEPD, Excalibur, Numbers, and the like, and all. By this logic, ZEXAL is best.

Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! Anime Discussion
It had a shitty, incoherent plot with 3 or so actual IMPORTANT episodes in the first 27 eps, lackluster comedy, more than a few good characters got their development wrecked or just plain written badly, and the only way it could ever be good to anyone is to fangasm over a certain character or two, plus their cards, not to mention you can point out that each season copies something else.

Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! Anime Discussion
GX used to be my least favorite series until Zexal came out(Irony is that GEPD is one of my favorite cards lol). The Dark Signer Arc 5Ds of 5Ds was awesome but I lost interest after that. Original is my favorite.
On a side note, anyone mind saying what your favorite duels were?

Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! Anime Discussion
ZeXal II Info:
Barian is still alive, and he's decided to go for the Numbers and Astral himself.
New Characters:
Rio Kamishiro, completely recovered, Skill Level is very high
Gilag, a Numbers Hunter sent by Barian.
Fuma, he is the leader in a gang of thieves who Gilag gives Barian power to in order to defeat Yuma Tsukumo and Astral.
Rei Shingetsu, an exchange student.
All of that and some OVA coming out tomorrow about a Dueling Athlete? idk.
Jawnny can provide extra details from scans, or I'll just keep posting this crap I happen to find from tumblr.
And on the topic of favorite duels:
Yusei vs Jack Finale and Yuma vs Tron

I never post this stuff since nobody here's actually interested, but okay.
"An Impossible Clash!! Double King of Wishes VS Double Galaxy-Eyes!!"
Finally, the Series Finale! It's Yuma VS Kite, but who will be the true champion!? Yuma has his Hope, King of Wishes and Hope Ray, King of Wishes, but they must clash against Kite's Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon and Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon!

Yuma unleashes the conflict sleeping deep inside Kite's heart. A fierce Duel unfolds in which neither player can take a break and catch their breath, as they clash with every fiber of their being using their ace monsters. In this Duel where neither player can see the ending, a scene that could be called a miracle appears on the field! What will be the results of this Duel? Victory or Defeat... ...?

IV's real name is Thomas.
III's real name is Michael.
It seems as though someone on staff loves that one 1984 Film "Reckless" (俺達の明日 Ore-tachi no Asu [Our Tomorrow])

Very interesting on the find with the origin of their names.
I was hoping III was Nicholas, and IV was Zachary, but these work out pretty well too.
... Still doesn't explain Byron.

Apparently does something in reaction to something involving a Gagaga Monster. Self-Special Summon effect is the result of said reaction(?).

Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! Anime Discussion
As for my opinion, I don't hate /any/ of them. Each one has a special place in my memories.
For the original Yu-Gi-Oh! I'll be honest, it bored me in the Duelist Kingdom Arc for the reason that, not allot of the characters interested me, sure, I didn't hate it, I just wished there was something more to it. Dungeon Dice monsters, nice to get away from card games for a while and *get's shot* enjoy something different. Season 2, heck yes, Battle City, things were kicking off from there, people actually started to play right. There were more cards, varieties and the thing that kept me going, The Egyptian God cards. But, still lacking a character I liked. Season 3, I liked it, nice to see some back story on the Big 5, I liked Noah's deck, but shame no God Cards to overload the machines and make everyone go ''... Derp''. Battle City Finals, I'll be honest, nothing different than the Preliminaries. Don't get me wrong, the duels were great, Yugi vs Kaiba, Marik vs Yugi, and Yugi vs Bakura. The other duels were good, but those three were my favorite. Waking the Dragons Arc, very nice, because it's got Dragons, Berserker Soul, and The Seal of Orichalcos. Only dissapointment I had, only a lacky got to use the God cards, I was hoping Amelda(Sorry don't know the English name) didn't use Obelisk against Kaiba, Valon with Osiris(Slifer) and Rafael with Ra, it would've made it cool seeing the Dragons, and Gods clash. Grand Championship, liked it, I wish it was longer. I liked the duels, but nothing really new aside from new characters, and seeing Rebecca duel. Dawn of the Duel, really liked it, Bakura ended up being the main Antagonist for once. And, best part of the season, the Final Duel.
Onto Yu-Gi-Oh! GX. First Season, Casual, nice to see Fusions being used more often, but better than Duel Monsters Duelist Kingdom in my opinion becuase they followed the rules. Shadow Riders, even better, things got more serious, and the main character loses which shows he's got alot to learn, and more room for development. Nice to see more variety than just 3 main protagonist characters dueling like in the original. Society of Light, /only/ main reason why I liked that season was because Neo-Spacians were introduced. Liked the idea of taking two monsters, and summoning a stronger one(Without Polymerization). Then Season 3, Spirit World, things get even more serious. Which I liked. And, a new version of the Elemental HEROs, Evil Heros. Last season, almost everything was gloomy, 'till the end. The Final episode, was amazing. Instead of an expected Judai/Jaden up against a rival like Zane/Ryo, Syrus, or Aster, he faces off against Yugi.
Now, for my favorite, 5D's. Season 1, I'll admit, it was slow when it came to seriousness, it was like the original DM, and GX when it came to first seasons, just clam and getting used to. Though DM had the most seriousness when it came to first seasons so far. Obvious reason why I liked it, New form of Summoning, sped up the game, otherwise, it'd be just set, tribute, vanilla, ritual or fusion beating. Personal reason why I liked it, all about Dragons. And, loved Stardust, because it fascinates my intrest of Stars and how it's effect related to it (A star exploding and being born into a new one). Season 2, this is where people who had to take some getting used to ''CARDGAMES ON MOTORCYCLES'' in season 1, stuck around to see if the show got better, or started watching season 2 to see if it progressed, well it did. So much went around, back story, past, and the idea of people actually dying when being offered for a demonic God. That's when people started to either like 5D's (one's that stuck around from season 1, or just started season 2) or simply gave up on it. Season 3, it got /amazingly/ better. Why? Aside from the WRPG, many new characters were introduced, Kiryu was re-introduced along with a good Arc (No D-Wheels) which was good for people who didn't like them, alot of new decks, new duels, and it was exciting seeing what the Emperors of Yliaster were, and the other Kikoutei(Machine Emporors) if they had the same effects or something different about each. And, With the WRPG seeing the duels like Team Unicorn, Team Ragnarok, and Team New World. The Final Arc, blew my mind, Z-ONE, possibly one of the best Characters ever, I mean what's not to like about him? I also liked the way Religion is played with his deck. Not to mention, those who disliked/hated Rua, he was actually useful with Life Stream, but Ruka got nothing. Final Duel, it was great, literally allot of symbolism involved, old cards got re-summoned again, even a new one for Jack. ( I wish Junk's like Berserker, Destoryer, Archer, Gardna were summoned, along with Drill and Road, ESPECIALLY Road, he is awesome) Either way, the final duel was my favorite so far. 5D's ended with a bang.
Now, onto something people really dislike just as much, or more than 5D's for those nostalgia people. As the first season goes, it did better than DM, not better than GX or 5D's though. Still, I have to say, it is faster than all the other seasons when it comes to seriousness. From just hunting numbers to arguing about the lives of Astral, and number holders Kaito duels, along with his brother at stake. It seemed lack luster if that was it, just get numbers before Kaito does, and eventually face him again. What got to me was the introduction of outside characters like the Arclight Family, or, as their hidden name Tron Family. I absolutely loved them, not to mention the light added to Ryoga's past and clarifying everything. So much was going on, Who are these 3? What do they want?(Other than Numbers) And most importantly, how do they have those crests? Eventually, things get heated in the duel Carnival, crazy duel mechanics, just like Dungeon Dice monsters or DM Duelist Kingdom, or Capsule Monsters. Now, I haven't got up to the Yuma vs Tron duel, but I can say, ZeXaL is progressing faster.
I haven't addressed why people don't like the other seasons, (Johnny addressed it) or what people like or dislike about the main character (Casey addressed that) All I am doing is giving my opinion why I think they are all great.

It means you apparently can't play the video. Refresh or something, the problem occurred with me and fixed itself at some point.

Refreshing isn't doing anything, and I've tried on two different browsers.
Weird...
EDIT:
Took a thousand refreshes but it works now.
EDIT 2:
... The Season 2 Victory Song wasn't included? The one like, that played during Yuma vs Tron when Yuma used ZeXal armor and everyone started cheering.

Episode 76
よかれと思ってただいま参上! 真月零と申します Yokare to Omotte Tadaima Sanjyou! Shingetsu Rei to Moushimasu (While I'm here, let's think positive! The Name's Shingetsu Rei)
October 21st, 2012
A troublesome transfer student appears!? Their name's Shingetsu Rei! But for Yuma, his phrase "Let's think positive" seems to bring nothing but trouble. And now, the Pro Duelist's hot-blooded lesson plan seems to have completely changed...!!
A new student has transformerd to Yuma's class. His name is "Shingetsu Rei". He's a huge fan of Yuma, who won the WDC. On the other hand, everyone at school is psyched at the arrival of the Pro Duelist (Katagiri/Katakiri), who is going to a special lesson. Feeling bad for Yuma, who's barred from attending the special lesson, Shingetsu runs off to get Kata(k/g)iri's signature. But, what awaits Shingetsu is... "Hot Blooded Coaching" under the instruction of Kata(k/g)iri, who is being controlled by The Barian faction!

And she apparently has an ice themed deck. Didn't see that coming.
Surely I can't be the only one who immediately thought of this…

Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! Anime Discussion
According to PSH, Mizael's Trump Card's name is read...
銀河眼の時空竜(ギャラクシーアイズ・タキオン・ドラゴン)
Gyarakushii Aizu Takion Doragon
Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon
Mizael's the guy that'll duel in a few episodes with Yuma, and then Kite walks in on it and Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon reacts to Tachyon Dragon. The two proceed to duel and go HAM on each other.
Mizael's the knight amongst the Barians that even brings chilling fear down many Barians' spines simply because he's tamed one of the fiercest dragons they've seen: Number 107: Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon.
