[MtG] RSD14: Last 5 White Commons

One of my ideas for Reyne was to allow for some gentle colour bleed. Fallpierce and Prosecute are main examples here. Still, they're rooted in White. Prosecute is still a form of conditional removal (being a 3W Sorcery and all), and Fallpierce is just another combat trick for White.
