The point of Kaalia decks is to mainly get Kaalia out turn 3 and proceed winning. Which is why I seriously fixed your mana pool.
Oh, and there are a few better bombs than the ones you chose for Kaalia's effect. Notably the Kamigawa dragons.

Isn't Kakusho banned in Commander? If you meant the U dragon, it's off colour.
