Huh, i love those wierd little gimmicks ceartin cards have, thats pretty neat.

I dunno how i feel about it being a 7 drop though.

It's a pretty cool card, but I don't really know about its playability.

There really isn't any playable for this card, it is just a casual deck.

I wonder who goes first in choosing and can both choose the same?

Not sure which player chooses first (probably turn player), but each option is open to all players. In a 4 player game, all four could choose War, or all four choose Peace, or any combination. It's a card that is a double-edged sword, because if it's put onto the battlefield and you're outnumbered...

The active player chooses war or peace first, followed by each other player in turn order. Each player will know what previous players chose when making his or her choice.

Also anyone can choose whatever they please so it is posible for everyone to chose only 1 option
