Rank-Up-Magic The Seventh One

During your Draw Phase, if you draw this card with your normal draw: You can reveal it. If you do, at the start of your Main Phase 1: You can activate this card; Special Summon 1 "Number 101" ~ "Number 107" monster from your Graveyard or Extra Deck, except a "Number C" monster. Then, Special Summon from your Extra Deck, a "Number C" monster whose name contains the same number as the Special Summoned monster, by using it as the Xyz Material. (This Special Summon is treated as an Xyz Summon.) You can only activate "Rank-Up-Magic The Seventh One" once per Duel.

So.... It basically lives up to anime-standards; Draw a sacky card, pull off a crazy move right after. But here's the thing... There is literally no real drawback to this, outside of the fact you might "accidentally" draw this with something like Allure/Trade-In/Pot of Greed/etc. So really, if you just casually draw into this; LEL I JUSD SUMOND A C101 OUT OF NOWAREZ.
Srsly, this is just ridiculous.

I saw the once per duel clause coming but we're really keeping the Extra Deck pull in there?

Tbf, it's kinda alright on it now.

Since from the current wording, if you don't draw it in the draw phase you can't play it, ever.

Which is really...weird as a condition to it.
