When ~ enters the battlefield, if its tribute wasn't paid, ~ gets +1/+1 and gains haste until end of turn

3/3 haste which pings a player for 1 is kinda eh. It's in RG though so it's automatically better than Dreg Mangler.

I imagine it'd be a 4/4 virtually all the time, which isn't a bad deal for 3 mana.

It's either a 4/4 trample or a 4/4 trample haste for one turn, then it's a 3/3 trample.

Seems decent.

Both modes are alright. Nothing amazing about the card, but it's so ridiculously efficient that it should see play. I'm thinking of it as vague Flinthoof Boar replacement.
