This card on the field is unaffected by all other card effects, as long as Necrovalley is also on the field.
I believe the correct terminology for such a card is "fair and balanced."

Since we already know you can Dark Hole and this thing would stay, wouldn't that imply it's not affected by field spells either?

That's how it currently works. It does't get the bonus of Necrovalley.
We wish it did, though.
