炎星の封竜騎士 Fire Star Seal Dragon Knight

侵略者への対抗手段を一つでも増やすべく、一時的に地上への帰還を許された「封竜」の一人。 今より数百年も前に皇帝の居城に務めていた騎士だったが、当時頻発していたクーデターの一つに巻き込まれ、反逆者側の魔導士に操られてしまう。 結果、破壊と殺戮を繰り返した大罪人として、「マグナ・プリズン」への収監と力の封印、さらに当時の慣習にあった最上級の刑罰である「名の剥奪」を受け、自身の名を失った。 収監されていく彼が最後に見たものは、閉じ往く扉から漏れた僅かな光だったという。 以来、彼は「自由」と「光」を渇望するようになり、一時的でも外へ出る機会を得られるのであれば、如何な汚れ仕事も請け負う裏の仕事人となった。 依頼を成す度、刑期は減り、いずれは本当の自由を取り戻せる。 彼が侵略者を屠るのは徹頭徹尾、自身の自由の為。 星や国を救う気など、毛頭ない。
One of the Seal Dragons allowed to temporarily roam the surface once more in order to help deal with the alien invaders. Although he was once a knight who served in the palace of the emperor from several hundred years ago, he got caught up in one of the frequent coup d’etat, and ended up being manipulated by a sorcerer allied with the rebels. As a result, due to being a butcher who caused a mass slaughter and an incredible amount of destruction, his powers were sealed and he was locked within “Magma Prison”. Furthermore, due to the severity of his crimes, he was given one of the highest penalties from that era: “The loss of his own name”. The last thing he saw before being locked in his prison cell was a small ray of light leaking through the door before it was slammed shut. Since then, he now craves “Freedom” and “Light”, and he’ll do whatever he has to leave the prison, even temporarily, no matter how dirty or deplorable the work is. Every time he successfully completes an assignment, his sentence is reduced a little bit more, and eventually he’ll regain true freedom, hoping it to be some day soon. In order to obtain his freedom, he now butchers the alien invaders. However, he has no desire to protect his country or the world of Cray. All that matters is his freedom.
