Number C39: Utopia Ray V YdebUkg

Decided to play a hilarious R4-Rank Up deck based on Utopia and Zexal Weapons.

What I did not think about was the sheer control and OTK potential this has if your opponent does not set up for it.

Anyways, discuss this card- and, by proxy, the only real ways of getting it out (Rank-Up force cards).

Those Number Xyz cards have gotten so many evolutions, it's ridiculous.

Hope.dek is best. Hope is best Number. Hope is life.

... In fact, why don't we have a Utopia specific Rank Up at this point. ... No don't say anything about Numeron Fall, that isn't even a card to me. I mean, we have so many variants and a likely rank six version coming out eventually, so let's just get a full set with a rank up that goes for anything(like Roots into Victory or something).

About Hope Ray V itself, I think I'm the only person on the planet who prefers Victory for protagonist shenanigans, and doesn't hype V in a competitive/meta viewpoint.

Of the RUM's, Limited happens to be the best in most situations (Well in a deck not called Utopia deck) because it's much more versatile.

Also because of that Ray Victory happens to be better than V, despite being worse. (That makes no sense really). V is great in Utopia deck, as it gives them yet another way to attempt to OTK (I mean, besides regular smash them till they stop moving, Victory + Ashura blow being an OTK against almost any two monster field ect) And that's simply because V's secondary effect is terrible, like literal garbage, unlike Victory's who is really good when RUM'd up from something else.

This is really stupid in Utopia deck though, like most things in the deck.
