Fairy Tail

I'm currently watching it and I'm only about halfway through , but I like it. My favorite character is Erza because she is just so bad a**. Then my next fav is Natsu because of all the fire.

How many episodes does it have? I might pick it up.

Something around 146 including fillers.

I think it is only up to 143, but I think about 30 of them are fillers. I would definitely recommend watching it. Or at least reading the manga. I can give you links to a good site to do both if you want.

A while ago I stopped in the middle, but I recently picked it back up and spent quite a few days catching up. Erza is pretty awesome, I love Happy's remark about her magic in one of the first few episodes. Something about her opponent's blood everywhere...lol.

I don't like Natsu as much just because I try to not get too attached to the main protagonists...in any anime.

Finished 2nd chapter, and I'm impressed. I'm enjoying the read a lot. What scares me is the 280+ chapters... XD

I definitely like her. Haven't got to see her much in the anime, but in the manga I find her to be pretty funny.

@Rodrigo: I thought the same thing when I started(although it was less chapters), but it goes by way too fast.

One of the main reasons I really like Fairy Tail is that it's one of the few series you'll find in Japan that doesn't discriminate gender.
Girls kick as much a** as the guys and most of the characters seem to show some use and equal contribution at one point (not to say there aren't useless moments, but they're far and few).
I've been meaning to reread it though, or I may just watch the anime.

Where it's at right now, I feel it's building towards the final conflict...

It does feel like something big is coming...I hope it isn't the final though...that would make me sad

I never saw a cast, or story, as good as Fairy Tail's.

Plus the Nakama feeling is so strong~
