I'm not running Spike Bouncer.
These guys need better Grade 2s.

Panzer Gale over Devil Summoner. From my experience with spike bros Panzer gale is better choice. As in case you need extra shields you can get Panzer gale if needed.

I like the possibility of calling boosters or Brakkis though...

its nice, but normally you want his space open for something that is more useless[such as calling Juggernaut, brakki, etc] than just a chance of calling an extra unit providing you have the space in your Rearguard to do it.

but its more or less personal preference, I've found panzer more useful then devil summoner.
