This has some serious value and constructed application. It'll be a nightmare to play against both there and even moreso in limited.

It's a much better combat trick than a lot of other combat tricks, but it requires creative application, since, y'know, you have to pay 3 a turn to do something. Which can be easier said than done if you're saving it for something else.
That said, card's way better than a lot of stuff that got dropped today.
