I'm unhappy with Volcano Blast being an Artifact. Flavour-wise, makes pretty much no sense. A volcano is certainly a land, and being a blast pretty much turns it into an instant or sorcery. Reflavour it as some sort of bomb, a 'Volcano Blaster' sounds hilarious. Power-wise, perfectly fine. Follows in the footsteps of Ratchet Bomb and Engineered Explosives.

Don't know how I feel about Flask of Ambiguity. Power-wise, it feels fine, but the two abilities of the card feel incredibly unconnected outside of being blue.

Maybe add "For each tapped nonland permanent your opponent controls" to the second one for Flask?

It's not synergic though. The card's asking you to choose one or the other, but, while the second benefits from the first, you can't activate both in a turn without some fancy trick. I think it's too cute, and the second effect (with that extra clause) would probably have to cost about 5 or 6 mana, and sacrifice the artifact as well. At that point, my alternative design would be:

Flask of Ambiguity V.II Affinity Artifacts Mana6
    Artifact
Affinity Artifacts Mana2: Tap target nonland permanent an opponent controls.
Affinity Artifacts Mana6, Sacrifice ~: Draw a card for each tapped nonland permanent target opponent controls.
    Affinity for Islands

I don't there's any real way of making the design more elegant. It's a perfectly balanced design, but probably not a very good one just for being clunky.
