No idea considering Consuming Aberration is really the only good mill creature we have right now.
Aggro/Midrange mill seems really good though, since Jace's Phantasm IS a card.
Consuming Aberration may as well be like 10/10 for 5 and Jace's Phantasm is a 5/5 flier for 1... Yeah that's only a little above the curve...

If we're talking about Pauper Standard, I'm sure that it'll work. But in the real pauper format, you have to be sure that you can handle Infect decks and Post Control first.
