It's actually kinda bad, but really only because of the +1 being random discard, and no cheap - abilities. So sad. Still, as a 2 mana planeswalker, awesomesauce, especially in Limited.
Anyway, they cleverly snuck a Shakespeare reference, as the name is probably referencing Tybalt from Romeo and Juliet.
Anyone have a clue on what this guy's story is?

Even if it is good. You have to wait like 4 turns to do something good with it.
