I have miracle beauties. I mean, but why...? Why is it that the one with the coolest art(No offence Storm and Rain, you're awesome too.) are bad cards?

Oh no, this card isn't bad at all. It's Storm, just without being in an evolution chain for the +1k. It's just that it's heavily outclassed by the other Vanguards.

This thing is Storm -1k. That's it. Therefore, it has no real sense in a deck that has the chain. But Rain+Miracle Beauty=Amazing. JS.
