The deck itself is a little weak because Exalted is easily counterable since you have to attack with one creature, even though you're commiting to a full board. Best way to play it this format is to splash blue for a Hexproof attacker (i.e. Geist of Saint Traft).

Replace the two Dark Realms with Liliana of the Veil. What you really want over Tormented Soul is either Vampire Nighthawk or Silverblade Paladin (Nighthawk is the most efficient 3-drop for Black really, while Silverblade basically boosts any Exalted attacker over the top; I'd still go for Nighthawk since it gives a better manabase).

Replace a Swamp with the last Isolated Chapel.

Duress is just a strong card in this deck because it lowers the chances of hate and works well to get rid of things that just bother you.

I have been playtesting with Ajani, Caller of Pride. The +1 isn't as bad. The -2 is just really strong with exalted. Flying and Double strike.

This deck runs on cheap spells and creatures, the early turns mean so much in just the first game alone. A nice card to just try is Thalia, not run so many spells anyways, you are running a lot of spells alone, but nothing like Lingering Souls/Gather the Townsfolks. Tokens have so much synergy with Sublime Archangel.

Life gain with this deck help make the game last longer and have more ability to hold your all. You're running a Vault of the Archangel, but like Rai said, Vampire Nighthawk is just a strong card over all.

You could run Ultimate Price over Murder for less specific, hitting what you need to hit unless you're against a vampire build.

This deck would be really strong if you splashed in green alone. Rancor is a really strong card and trample makes such a different. Exalted it easily blockable, and weak to just blocking. Its strength lies in the attacks and if you can't make it through, it isn't going to be that strong anyways.

So I have one view saying to splash Blue, and one saying I should Splash Green?

Since I'm not willing to spend the money on Giest's, I might just stick to splashing green given I have the Rancor's already. However, not sure what to change to do so.

    Also updating the OP.

Green is also a decent splash because Green is the other hexproof colour. Sigarda and Lumberknot are essentially what you should be looking at in Green, along with Rancor.

Removal-wise, I agree with Ultimate Price. Only thing it doesn't hit that you might need to is Falkenrath Aristocrat, and frankly it doesn't die to Murder either.
