    始原の魔道士 イルドーナ Origin Mage, Ildona
RR: "Nothing can escape from its "long arms".
SP: "Listen well. These are powerful words."

A great Elven mage who has existed since before the nation of United Sanctuary was formed on the continent. At one point, he was a young man with a gentle heart, but it is said that one day, having peacefully watched the fate of Cray, he exchanged words with a certain Guardian Dragon. When United Sanctuary was founded, civilization became more and more advanced, which led to people beginning to fight more often, as they began to slowly to stop listening to the words of the ancient sage. And when he finally reappeared on the forefront of history once more after many years, he had become so evil that no hints of his old self remained. One of the first mages, tainted in darkness... ... ... what does he see in his countless pupils and what does he plan to grasp with his arms that are dyed in darkness.

He's an evil Confucius. (or Laozi.) That's great.

So Ildona already knows the ultimate fate of Cray, but was persuaded over to Phantom Blaster's side by the Dragon anyway? That's an interesting backstory, though it doesn't show what happened to the Shadow Paladins between Phantom Blaster dying and Dark being unsealed.

The Big Four that we know of in terms of leadership now are Phantom Blaster Dragon/Overlord (presumed dead), Blaster Dark (sealed), The Dark Dictator (maybe dead if he depends on the Dragon being alive to exist, otherwise the confirmed leader in absence of the other two) and Ildona (ambiguous position but is one of the oldest members along with the Dragon and Fullbau.) It seems like Blaster Dark would clash with those last two once unsealed since he's all for purging evil from their ranks, but a civil war inside of a civil war doesn't look like a good idea for the Shadow Paladins' cause. As I understand it their goal is to fight what they see as corruption in the Sanctuary like with Javelin's reasoning, but they've acquired criminal elements like Nemain and Macha by necessity of being a small terrorist group with limited resources. (And because their founder was some kind of Izanami-Lucifer composite figure and a liar.)

Take out everyone that Dark would want to though, and for grade 3s have...uh...Badhabh Caar?
