Best win condition in Storm is Electromancer beat-down.
This card alone (well, along with my new-found tolerance for combo) actually makes me want to try out Storm in Modern. Looks pretty fun actually.

This card is nuts as a common. It's even useful in draft if you're going for Izzet or Grixis.
