Speculation indicates that there's also going to be Nova Grapplers and the like.

Still, this is going to be quite confusing until we actually make it into 2013.

So in other words, Dem and I need to preorder a bunch of boxes. Got it.

All laughs aside...I'm actually at a loss as to what Tachikaze needs beyond a crossride at this point to be any better? The support's pretty streamlined, so I'd be shocked if there's actually some way to improve DeathDark and Colonel.

EDIT: Oh, wait, pardon me for being an idiot, I seem to forget that Over Break's about to be a relevant thing. My face when Dark Rex gets an on-ride effect that makes it a broken card.

I could see Tachikaze maybe getting a base 5000 FV with a unique skill, although I can't imagine how it could replace Dragon Egg in terms of that skill. Add in a third critical trigger, break ride and maybe some kind of Brachio series replacement like Recorder Dog > Vocal Chicken and you have more than enough room for an update.

With one of the reprints being Overlord, I'm guessing that the other one will be either Barri or Archbird, since BT01's out of print in Japan and BT03 will probably follow soon if it hasn't already. Whichever one doesn't get reprinted plus or minus Requiel will probs be reimagined as a subgroup perfect defense card, the way that we got Jewel Knight Iseult. Unless Bushi wants you to make complete decks of those clans with no perfect defense, which is...not how they've used this advertising tactic previously (see; EB04 and EB05.)

I guess I'll have to wait for BT12 for more Shadow Paladins. Or...whichever booster set follows TD10. I really hope we're not left hanging until BT13.

As an interesting bit of artist trivia, Mr. folded-arms-dragon up there is credited as being illustrated by Suzuki Gorou, but he's never touched Kagerou before that I can remember, although he has done a huge amount of Narukami.
