what is this deck? This is pretty much a DoTE build...with a few techs to make Paladin players lives as miserable and painful as possible.

I'm... not sure how to respond since I can't take this build seriously for being a "HATE PALADINS!!!!!!!" deck.
I think a few of those cards like Tejas are unnecessary, and you're eating up counterblasts like crazy. I guess Belli balances out for Berserk Dragon, but I think you'd want another Belli in that case.

Tejas is good tech, yo.

Good at a solid 1-2.

The little Salamander thing is what some players tech as either Eternal Flame bait, or use mainly for free retiring Wingal Brave when going second.
