During your Main Phase 1, once per turn, you can activate one of the following effects: Detach 1 Xyz material from this card; it gains 500 ATK
Detach 1 Xyz material from this card; This card can attack all monsters your opponent currently controls during this turn's Battle Phase. If you activate this effect, this monster may not attack directly. (This effect remains even if it's effects are negated and/or it is no longer effected by card effects)

You can also Xyz summon this card by using 1 Dragonic Overlord as Xyz material. If Dragonic Overlord is not used as an Xyz material, this card loses 500 ATK. If Dragonic Overlord, or Phantom Blaster Dragon' is used as an Xyz material, this card gains the following effects: During your Main Phase 1, you can activate one of the following effects by detaching one Xyz material from this card: Double this card's ATK until the end phase. If this card battles an opponent's monster, it can attack again.
(This card cannot attack your opponent directly, even if this card later has it's effects negated and/or is no longer effected by card effects)

For the first one, you actually don't need the:

If you activate this effect, this monster may not attack directly.

Since it's the same effect as Wildedge, in the sense that you can attack everything the Opponent controls once each, but because its attacking monsters, it doesn't actually declare any direct attacks, and doesn't proceed to make any after it gets done attacking things.
