It is not broken at all. Completely abuseable though. Lotus Cobra is a great way to abuse it

I dont think it's broken, it's just really good...then again I only realized today that it said sac a Forest or a Plains not Sac a Forest and a Plains.

And what did we learn today kids? That you should destroy forests and plains and put some awesome buildings (shocklands) in their places. Also, burn lands and you'll get stronger.
