It would appear Konami still can't make Rank 1s.

2 Level 1s is such an... easy cost to pay.

This seems fine for kitchen table, but the Yugioh playerbase only talks about competitivity.

Aside from like, Plants or something, do any decks really run a lot level 1s? O,o

2 level 1s is notably harder than 2 level 3 or 4s right now. Even levels 2 and 5 have an easier time. 2 level 1s is the best manner in which a rank 1 could feasibly become playable, and even then it probably wouldn't because good level 1s are few and far between. It'd help Piper, possibly, and that's it.

It's like they're afraid of repeating their mistake with Formula Synchron.

Also, it isn't confirmed if it's 2 or 3, OP, fix that.

Rank 2: Frogs, lolOjamas, and I feel like I'm forgetting something...
Rank 3: Everything
Rank 4: Everything
Rank 5: Wind-Ups, Constellars, tons of Special Summonable Level 5 monsters
Rank 6: Hieratics, Monarchs, sorta Dragunity
Rank 7: Machina, Gem-Knights
Rank 8: Dark Worlds, Gem-Knights, Photon Galaxies potentially
Rank 9: Random Lemuria/Tannhauser/Etc. Decks
Rank 10: ZealGigas, Tragoedia, other easy to get out Level 10s

With the exception of maybe Rank 9 and 10, though not even that's cemented, Rank 1 is the hardest to bring out, even WITH it only requiring 2.

Rank 11 would be the hardest to bring out with only 1 material.

We'll be getting more Dustons eventually for Rank 1 shenanigans, and I'd rather use Mira instead. It has 3 lives, is an Honest target, and protects my other monsters. There's also Jester Confit.
