The artwork is actually along the lines of Duel Masters, in terms of bizarre creatures.
But that's just me.

For the card itself, a level 6 DARK with a self-Summoning effect is pretty hilarious, mostly, because Monarch and Birdman shenanigans would make this card very effective.
