Mirran Crusader is a total boss in modern Knights. <3
Phyrexian Crusader makes for an amazing sideboard card in Mono-Black. <3
I f****** love both of these cards.

Isn't it funny that they will never be able to fight each other?

The black one is underrated. Protection against Red is no joke when you deal with so much aggro decks in Modern.

You know what always confused me about the rising popularity of Mono-Green Infect, although it makes a lot more sense now?
The fact that Phyrexian Crusader has such advantageous acceleration and pressure as a three-drop. I mean, protection from some nasty colors for black to have to deal with, first strike, AND infect? This card is essentially a staple in any sort of black infect-based deck; hell, I'd say it's just a staple for black in general, simply because of its potential uses.
I never actually got to use this card, though. I experienced more of a Mirran Crusader route, since I was running green/white non-Phryexian at the time.
