Stomping Ground x2
Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle x4

I assume this is Modern.

Monster lineup should be more consistent. Something like:

4 Keldon Marauders
4 Goblin Guide
4 Vexing Devil

Valakut is banned in Modern. Otherwise, it would be used much more. Start with like:

20 Mountain

That's pretty much fine. Then you fill the other 28 cards with burn (preferably in 4-ofs, for consistency). Lightning Bolt, Lava Spike, Rift Bolt, Magma Jet, Volcanic Fallout, Shard Volley and some other stuff.

Would Banefire work? If I do 4x of every card you listed, I only have room for 1 more.

Flames of the Blood Hand is alright.

So it's turning out to be pretty smooth-running in the tests that I've done so far. Only times I actually lost were when something really annoying happened... One when he had an infinite health loop and another with Primordial Hydra with 16 +1/+1 counters on it... But it runs fairly reliably.

I do not feel bad about the hydra though That was pretty awesome.

Not sure what artifact hate is like in Modern, so...maybe throw in a Shrine of Burning Rage or two? They accelerate pressure when you're dropping cheap burn spells.
