Having an entire deck rely on a Field Spell being in play makes the entire deck suck.
Agents are also better off not giving themselves 3+ dead draws.

Sanctuary Agents must be good though because I can search Hyperion turn 1 to wreck face.

They need to make a Field Spell that treats itself as The Sanctuary in the Sky, but obviously does better than the original itself.
