    I'm sure some are OP'd. Not sure on UP'd. Not sure on playability.
    Not sure how to balance though creatively as possible. =o

    Okay, I really don't like the first one, the way it works (up to 3 attacks with very low ATK) makes its main use some sort of OTK where you equip it up or something. OTKs aren't fun for the other player.

    Dead Moon is perhaps the most easy-to-spam level 4 I've seen. It turns every token or dead draw into a level 4 material for an Xyz. You also shouldn't be able to send/tribute other copies of itself, to avoid loops.

    Azure just feels like a fairly weak tuner. It can do some minor shenanigans with BKB, but nothing amazing.

    Icecoon just feels kinda weird. Not many cards use piercing these days, and I doubt anyone will ever Summon it for the last effect to do anything. It'll be set, then flipped up, unless it's instantly used for a Synchro/Xyz.

    Power Tower is just awkward, and way too hard to remove. The protection would feel more justified as a Field Spell, but even then 90% of s/t removal targets.

    Serpion is incredibly awkward again. Spells/Traps are generally sent to the Graveyard instead of tributed, and you're much better off talking about 'column adjacent to', ect, than 'diagonal' or 'to the side', those terms are vague and not in the standard YGO OCG Lexis.

    Selinaki is overpowered and needs some wording fixes. For one, I assume the banishment is after damage calculation, mention that. But also, Zombie Synchro spam is still a fairly strong Deck. This gives a Zombie which can be level 3, 4, 6, or 9 for synchros, or can be 3 three seperate times, ect. And it's also not a totally dead draw because you can just make a wall of defense-position D-Prisons.

    While reaching Crabeetle, I've got to wonder what your obsession with multiple types/attributes is. 1 of each is usually fine unless you're aiming for a specific combination of support cards to be useful. The card itself feels very weak.

    Aurora feels generally weak, with a slight ability to OTK, don't like the design.

    Clockwork Chess feels massively weak. Skipping a turn for 1500 ATK will rarely ever be worth it. At least with Carcar D you can set backrow cards, and that gives card advantage, generally way more useful than ATK.

    Animus is weird. The 'must attack this card' would only apply when it's face-up. It's also massively hard to destroy by battle and basically a +1 every 2 turns until an effect nukes it, but it does burn you a little... I could imagine it being limited, and one of the stronger tech cards in the game. I'm hesitant to call it totally broken.

    Final Assault is just annoying card design. It's basically a total "gg" if you hit certain targets (Plague in Zombies, Bestari in GBs), but a massive setup for 'meh' reward in many situations. At the very least, get rid of the first set of circumstances and make it a continuous which stops 'locking' the card down when it's destroyed, if you want to keep that last effect.

    Hatchling is really meh. You might see 1 in certain burn Decks because it's a quick 1000+ damage, but generally I doubt it'd see play, it's just a very awkward 1900-2000 ATK beater.



    I think the problem with these overall is that you're starting with such a low ATK that they all lose battles to... bascially anything, which means you generally only want them on the field long enough to use as materials for something else. Either they're a massively powerful engine (Moon, Selinaki) or they aren't (most of the others) which means they don't see play.

    Thanks for the CnC. I knew these were bad. CRBA to fix the PSD file and then save as png, upload to tinypic, then here, so I'll just put a spoiler for edits next to each I guess.
