Lets get it over with- Generic Rescue Rabbit Topic

This card, at the time, was an "original" idea and lead to some cool stuff.
THEN WE REMEMBERED THAT SABERSAURUS WAS A CARD, AND ALL HELL BROKE LOSE.
Also, giant Rescue Rabbit is fear-inducing.

Rabbit semi limited actually hindered the deck quite a bit. It's still decent though

No-where near as versitile as Rescue Cat but still great for grabbing a couple of monsters for Synchro Bait. Imagine if those monsters were NOT Normals XD Good god, the possibilities.

I'm pretty sure Laggia and Dolkka (and Pearl, Utopia and Papilloperative) is a versatile as anything really gets.

Ok, so I missed a format or two, and now this guy is some evil monster.

Too lazy to check, which Xyz does he make that's the problem? I can't imagine it's purely the generic ones.

The "problem" is Rabbit itself. The monsters it summons that makes it so abusable are Evolzar Laggia and Dolkka. Basically a Judgment on 2400 legs or 2 Divine Wraths on 2300 legs.

Except, any non-generic Xyz, and even some generic ones, are absolutely broken wide open by Rabbit.

How about a 2550 Pseudo-Krystia that searches a Pseudo-Forbidden Lance? A monster thief? A monster immune to effect monsters? A pseudo-Book of Moon that activates upon SS?
Gem-Knights abuse it to absolutely no end, where it's basically a win condition.
Blade Armor Ninja, Heroic Champion - Excalibur, and Heroic Champion - Gandiva exist.

Not to mention other generics, like the fact that it's a one-card C39 if you're in a tight spot. Then there's Utopia itself, Lavalval Chain, Maestroke, Papilloperative, etc.

It just is way too good at what it does. I'd almost say better than Cat.

Only reason it's "worse" than Cat is trying to get it in the first place since Cat has Monk.

Otherwise, it's just as easy if not easier to recur it multiple times.
